Pricing varies by material and scope, but every estimate we give is line-item — materials, labor, tear-off, permits, cleanup, warranty. Typical Tennessee/Alabama ranges (subject to final on-site inspection):
- Roof replacement (asphalt shingle): $5,500–$12,000 for an average-sized home; metal roofing starts around $25,000.
- Custom home: $250–$300/SF entry-level, $300–$400/SF mid-range, depending on finishes.
- Concrete driveway: $2,700–$14,600 (typical around $6,000).
- Deck: $13–$43/SF — TN/AL pricing runs about 15% below national average.
- Gutters (full home): $1,000–$3,000.

Yes. We work directly with your insurance adjuster, document the damage with photos, and submit the claim paperwork. You don’t have to figure out the process alone. If a contractor offers to “waive your deductible,” walk away — that’s illegal and a red flag.
Ask them three questions: (1) Is the quote line-item or a lump sum? (2) Does it include tear-off, permits, and cleanup? (3) What’s the warranty? A “cheaper” quote that leaves those out usually ends up costing more by the end of the project. We’re happy to compare apples to apples.
